The Nonprofit Company raises funding to support student and under-served audiences to experience the Cinema Learning Challenge educational films and programs. Our mission is to inspire and connect students to careers and opportunities through educational films and interactive learning through field trips and events supporting National Academic Content Standards.
Our IRS Determination for 501(c)3 non-profit status is pending. We have applied and are pending receipt of the final determination letter.

Theater Partner
Students learn in luxury. Our program is exciting for students. Many are visiting a movie theater for the first time and most are experiencing a Luxury Cinema, with recliners and in-theater dining, for the first time as they watch quality content in 4K resolution on the BIG Screen.

She has received 12 Regional Emmys, five Gracie Allen Awards, for her children’s series Janet’s Planet that airs on 140+ public television stations nationwide.

For more than 30 years, Jim served as Senior Director of the Maryland Science Center’s Davis Planetarium, Crosby Ramsey Memorial Observatory and IMAX 3D Theater. He has produced large format (IMAX) films and Planetarium programs, which have played in theaters and museums worldwide.
